The ColorWorx business is led by Annie Dickinson. Annie has specialised in performance management for almost 20 years. In industry she was responsible for aligning organisational performance to business strategy for well-known international brands. A journey that convinced her that sustained corporate success relies on engaging the talent across the organisation, and developing a leadership culture that embraces ambiguity, uncertainty and change.
